We collect information in two ways: what you actively submit to us, and basic, anonymous usage data about how the site is used.

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and any optional fields you fill in (company, website, what you're building, what tools you use, and your message). We do not require an account and we do not collect payment information through the contact form.

As of January 2026, this site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks. The contact form does not set any cookies, and submitting it does not enroll you in any tracking mechanism beyond the server logs described above.

If this changes in the future — for example, if we add privacy-respecting analytics — we will update this policy to describe exactly what is collected and why before it takes effect.

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand what you're asking about, reply to you, and, where relevant, scope and deliver services you've asked about.

We do not sell your information, rent it to third parties, or use it for advertising. We do not use your contact details for marketing unless you separately and explicitly ask to hear from us.

Contact form submissions are recorded server-side and, where email delivery is configured, sent by email to our team using a third-party transactional email or SMTP provider. That provider processes the message only to deliver it — it acts as a data processor on our behalf, not an independent user of your data.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence, and we delete or anonymize older records periodically. If you'd like your submission deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and deliver contact form messages — for example, our hosting provider and our email/SMTP provider. These providers only process data as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by their own security and privacy practices.

We do not share your contact form data with any other third party, including advertisers or data brokers.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we don't run accounts or logins, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to email us directly and we will action your request as soon as we reasonably can.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
