The Site publishes tutorials, prompts, code snippets, project guides, and tool comparisons intended to help you learn and build with AI coding tools.

Code snippets and prompts published on this Site may be used freely in your own personal or commercial projects. You do not need to ask permission or credit us to use a prompt or code snippet from a tutorial, project, or prompt-library page in your own work.

Written articles, tutorials, comparisons, and other prose content remain the property of VibeCoder and may not be republished, redistributed, or reproduced in full elsewhere without our written permission. Short quotations with a link back to the original page are welcome.

A significant portion of this Site's content demonstrates or discusses AI-generated or AI-assisted code, including prompts intended to produce code via third-party tools. This code is provided for educational purposes as-is, without any warranty of correctness, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or production-readiness.

AI coding tools can produce code that looks correct but contains bugs, security vulnerabilities, or logic errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated or AI-assisted code — from this Site or produced using prompts from this Site — before using it in any production system, and especially before using it anywhere that handles real user data, payments, or security-sensitive logic.

We do not guarantee that any code example, prompt output, or tutorial result will work unmodified in your environment or with your chosen tool version.

Where you engage us for paid services (as described on our Services page), the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for that engagement will be agreed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal, statement of work, or contract) before work begins. These general Terms apply alongside, and do not replace, any such written agreement.

As with all AI-assisted development, any code we deliver as part of a services engagement is reviewed by a human before delivery, but you remain responsible for your own acceptance testing, security review, and ongoing maintenance once a project is handed off, unless your written agreement with us states otherwise.

This Site describes, compares, and links to third-party AI coding tools and services that we do not own, operate, or control (for example, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar products). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, features, or behavior of any third-party product, and inclusion on this Site is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality.

Any external link is provided for your convenience. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeCoder and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated code, reliance on published information, or the unavailability of the Site or any linked third-party service.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update the Site's content and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we make changes.
